• £45,000–£52,000 annual salary (experience dependent)
• Regular overtime plus performance-related bonuses

You'll work on a wide range of vehicles — from modern German marques to performance cars, hybrids, and EVs — within a well-equipped, organised, and supportive workshop.

You'll be part of a busy independent workshop carrying out diagnostics, servicing, and repairs across German vehicles and all other makes. Using dealer-level tooling and advanced diagnostic systems, you'll deliver high-quality work in line with manufacturer and industry standards.

• Carrying out servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance
• Using advanced diagnostic software and specialist tooling
• Ensuring all work meets professional and manufacturer standards
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised working environment
• Keeping up to date with modern automotive technology, including hybrid and EV systems

• NVQ Level 2/3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance
• Strong background in diagnostics, servicing, and mechanical repairs
• Experience with German brands or VAG vehicles preferred
• Knowledge of hybrid/EV systems, or willingness to train
• Full UK driving licence
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a team-focused approach
• Experience with supercars is a bonus but not required
