Junior Service Technician; VAG Specialist Pathway

Salary: £30,000 to £40,000 basic salary + uncapped monthly bonus (Depending on experience)

• Basic salary from £30,000 to £40,000 (fully tailored to your current experience).

• Experience: 1+ years of professional experience as a Vehicle Technician, Junior Mechanic, or Workshop Improver.
• Skills: Confident with the absolute mechanical basics, including servicing, brakes, fluid changes, and suspension work.
• Mindset: A reliable, detail-focused individual with a massive hunger to learn and progress into a fully accredited Senior Technician role.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
