• Salary: £32,000 Basic Salary + Saturday Allowance
• Hours:
  
  Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 18:00 | Saturdays: 08:00 – 13:00 (1 in 3 rotation)

• Customer Care & Check-In:
  Welcoming clients, managing check-in/check-out processes, handling inquiries, and coordinating service loan car bookings.
• Workshop Liaison:
  Acting as the primary bridge between customers and workshop technicians to track repair progress and convey updates clearly.
• Health Checks & Upselling:
  Presenting Vehicle Health Check (VHC) findings, explaining necessary maintenance or repairs, creating accurate invoices, and taking payments.

• Experience:
  
  Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (main dealer or busy independent garage preferred).
• Systems &
  
  Skills:
  
  Familiarity with Dealership Management Systems (DMS) like Kerridge/Key2
  
  Act and exceptional communication skills.
• Licence:
  Valid Full UK Driving Licence.

This role is based in Maidstone, making it an easy commute from Aylesford, Rochester, Tonbridge, and Sittingbourne.
