Join the vibrant team at Tiger Cubs Day Nursery as we seek passionate Nursery Practitioners to join our dynamic staff bank. With casual, zero-hour contracts, this role offers the flexibility allowing you to immerse yourself in the nurturing environment of a nursery without the constraints of a full-time commitment. The main duties of the role include :

• Ensuring the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment.
• Working in partnership with parents and also fellow colleagues.
• Maintaining child development and observation records.
• Following and implementing all policies and procedures set out by the nursery.
• Ensuring the key person approach is fully instilled in every day practice.

The successful candidates must hold a full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification. For details of these qualifications please use the following link :

Applicants will need to demonstrate some recent experience in a child care setting which can be referenced and able to demonstrate their knowledge of the developmental and learning needs of young children. You will also need to be a positive role-model to colleagues, students and visitors to the nursery. The successful candidate will have the following :
