We are seeking an experienced Estimator with a strong background in civil engineering and housing infrastructure projects. This is an opportunity to join a well-established contractor in the South East, recognised for delivering high-quality groundworks and reinforced concrete frame solutions across residential developments. The business has seen rapid growth since its incorporation in 2018, now operating with a turnover of approximately £4.8 million and employing close to 90 staff.

With a reputation for reliability and technical excellence, they are continuing to expand their portfolio of housing infrastructure projects, making this a pivotal time to join their commercial team.

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for housing infrastructure and groundworks projects.
• Analyse tender documentation, drawings, and specifications.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
• Provide detailed breakdowns of labour, plant, and material costs.
• Support bid submissions and contribute to project planning.

• Proven experience as an Estimator within civil engineering, groundworks, or housing infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete frames and residential groundworks.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for client and stakeholder engagement.
