Site Manager

Actaris Site Services are currently seeking two experienced Site Managers to work on roofing and external works projects across Kent. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, with an initial 3-month contract, moving into a permanent role for the right candidates.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard of quality.

• Manage day-to-day operations on roofing and external works projects
• Supervise subcontractors and site operatives
• Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and programme
• Maintain high standards of health & safety (RAMS, inductions, toolbox talks)
• Coordinate labour, materials, and deliveries
• Liaise with Contracts Managers, clients, and the supply chain
• Carry out quality inspections and snagging
• Maintain site records and progress reporting

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within roofing and/or external works
• Strong technical understanding of roofing systems and external envelope works
• SMSTS & CSCS (essential)
• First Aid (preferred)
• Full UK driving licence

• Competitive day rate during the temp period
• Opportunity to move into a permanent position after 3 months
• Ongoing work with a growing specialist contractor
