A leading UK construction consultancy are now seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their established commercial team based in Kent. This Project Quantity Surveyor role offers full quantity surveying involvement across live construction projects, providing clear responsibility and client-facing surveying services. The Project Quantity Surveyor will work closely with project and delivery teams, supporting commercial control and cost management. This opportunity suits a motivated quantity surveyor looking to progress within a professional quantity surveying environment.

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will be joining a specialist construction and cost consultancy delivering projects across the South East. The business operates across multiple sectors and maintains a consistent project pipeline, offering stability and development for experienced quantity surveyor professionals. The Kent office provides a collaborative working environment with direct access to senior leadership.
The RoleAs Project Quantity Surveyor, you will manage projects from pre-contract through to final account, supporting clients with accurate commercial and contractual advice.
- Providing full quantity surveying services on construction projects
- Cost planning, estimating and budget control
- Procurement and management of subcontract packages
- Contract administration and change management
- Valuations, variations and final accounts
- Preparing cost reports for clients and stakeholders
You will be a capable Project Quantity Surveyor with experience in the UK construction market. Applications from non-construction backgrounds will not be considered.
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline
- Demonstrable project experience within UK construction
- Strong understanding of standard forms of contract
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and project teams
- Progress toward MRICS or equivalent professional qualification
- £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependant on experience)
- Pension contribution
