About the Role:

As an Estimator, you'll be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for a variety of projects, helping us win work and deliver value. You'll collaborate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to ensure every bid is competitive, realistic, and profitable. ??

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse project drawings, specifications, and requirements Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors Identify risks and opportunities in project scopes Work closely with the commercial and project delivery teams Maintain and update cost databases and pricing tools ?? Requirements:
Proven experience as an Estimator (2 years preferred) Strong analytical and numerical skills Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Con Quest, Causeway, Excel) Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar ??
