Assistant Quantity Surveyor

This expanding Quantity Surveying consultancy in Maidstone is looking for an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. With a strong project pipeline, you’ll gain hands-on experience across education, residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and healthcare sectors while being mentored by industry experts.

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be a key part of a collaborative team, delivering pre- and post-contract services on a variety of exciting projects across the Southeast.

This role also offers pathways into project management, giving you the chance to expand your skill set and broaden your career prospects. The firm is dedicated to helping you achieve MRICS status, offering structured APC support and CPD opportunities to ensure your long-term success.

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will have:

• RICS Accredited degree qualification
• Minimum of 18 months quantity surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
• Eager to achieve chartership
• Basic pre & post contract experience is desirable

• £30,000 – £40,000
