Asbestos Surveyor – Dartford, Kent, Southeast (Up to £40,000, no domestic work)

My client is a multidisciplinary, independent environmental consultancy that has been working in the UK and Northern Ireland for over 15 years. They are a licensed removals contractor and have UKAS accreditations in testing and inspection. This role offers the chance to work with an inclusive company.

Over the next 24 months, the business needs resources to support an extensive portfolio of commercial contracts for asbestos surveying, spanning nationwide. A location outside Dartford is acceptable.

We offer up to £200 in Amazon vouchers for referrals who help identify suitable candidates.

• BOHS P402 certification with a minimum of 12 months field experience
• Experience working on projects in the domestic sector
• Full UK driving licence
• Flexibility to commute and complete out of hours/weekend work
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

• Conduct Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys on a wide range of properties in the domestic, commercial and industrial sectors
• Compile comprehensive reports to be sent to clients
• Ensure all work is carried out to UKAS standards and in line with HSG:264
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Assist with any queries and provide technical support
