A multi-discipline practice in Kent is looking to strengthen with the addition of a Building Surveyor. The consultancy has impressively doubled in size in the last years and boasts employing over 200 professionals across several offices. Due to continued success a further position has arisen.

The opportunity is to work across the residential, commercial and education sectors. You, the successful Building Surveyor, will deliver a range of building surveying services across Kent and surrounding home counties. Typical schemes range from £100k to £8million.

• BSc in Building Surveying
• Minimum 18 months experience in a similar role
• Ideally started APC or Chartered MRICS
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Full UK driver’s licence
