Building Surveyor

• Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 DOE

As a Building Surveyor, you will be involved in a broad range of project and professional work across multiple sectors. You will take responsibility for delivering instructions from inception through to completion, while working closely with clients and internal teams.

• Project management and delivery of refurbishment and improvement schemes
• Contract administration
• Dilapidations
• Schedules of condition and schedules of work
• Condition surveys and reporting
• Fire safety and external wall assessments
• Delivery of professional services across a varied client base

• MRICS qualified (or working towards)
• Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in a similar role
• Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
• Strong experience across both project and professional work
• Full UK driving licence
