Senior Quantity Surveyor – £15m Leisure project

This is a great opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a long-term freelance contract on a newly secured project.

Your contract will start immediately, and you will initially carry out procurement and assisting in getting the project set up for a start on site in October.

For this Senior Quantity Surveyor position, you will work a hybrid role between the office, working remotely and the site. You will be initially based in the office in Maidstone, Kent.

The project is a £15m new build health club/leisure centre so it will be advantageous if you have worked on leisure projects or hotels in the past as they hold similarities.

Key requirements:

You will have progressed to being a Senior Quantity Surveyor and be comfortable with heading up this £15m project.
Leisure or Hotel, new build experience will be an advantage.
You will have an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work with you, so some managing of trainee level staff is needed.
A UK Quantity Surveying qualification is essential for this role.
