Building Surveyor Salary & Benefits- Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 DOE

As a Building Surveyor, you will be involved in a broad range of project and professional work across multiple sectors. You will take responsibility for delivering instructions from inception through to completion, while working closely with clients and internal teams.
- Project management and delivery of refurbishment and improvement schemes
- Contract administration
- Dilapidations
- Schedules of condition and schedules of work
- Condition surveys and reporting
- Fire safety and external wall assessments
- Delivery of professional services across a varied client base
Job Requirements
- MRICS qualified (or working towards)
- Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in a similar role
- Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
- Strong experience across both project and professional work
- Full UK driving licence
