Hill McGlynn Recruitment is assisting a well‑established bricklaying subcontractor in Maidstone to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor. You will manage brickwork packages from pre‑construction through final accounts, ensuring profitability while maintaining strong client relationships.
The successful candidate will have exposure to brickwork packages, subcontractor commercial management, and strong negotiation and communication skills, with a full UK driving licence.
