A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join a well‑established and fast‑growing engineering business delivering high‑quality building services and facilities solutions across the UK.

With a strong pipeline of secured work and ambitious growth plans, this role offers the perfect platform for a commercially driven Quantity Surveyor looking to make a real impact and progress their career.

You’ll take a leading role in the commercial management of M&E projects, working closely with operational teams to ensure projects are delivered on budget and maximise profitability.

• Full commercial responsibility across multiple projects
• Managing subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and accounts
• Preparing valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Monitoring financial performance and reporting on project progress
• Identifying opportunities to drive value and reduce cost
• Managing contract administration (NEC/JCT)

We want to hear from motivated, commercially astute individuals who are ready to step up and add value:

• Proven experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor (or strong intermediate looking to step up)
• Background within Mechanical & Electrical or building services
• Knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contracts
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage projects through the full lifecycle
• Proactive, driven, and career‑focused attitude

• Up to £80,000 salary depending on experience
