FR Group is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial activities on major residential developments in Maidstone. You will own cost planning, procurement, valuations and final accounts from pre-construction through handover, working with internal teams across land, planning, technical and production.
The role suits a commercially driven QS with 8–12 years in residential projects, capable of taking ownership of multi-phase schemes and negotiating effectively with subcontractors.
