• Lead the commercial management of M&E projects, working closely with operational teams to ensure delivery on budget and maximise profitability.
• Provide full commercial responsibility across multiple projects.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and accounts.
• Prepare valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Monitor financial performance and report on project progress.
• Identify opportunities to drive value and reduce cost.
• Manage contract administration (NEC/JCT).

• Proven experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor (or strong intermediate looking to step up).
• Background within Mechanical & Electrical or building services.
• Knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contracts.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage projects through the full lifecycle.
