If you are a Registered Building Inspector looking for a stable, long-term role where you can focus on doing the job properly, this is worth exploring.

You will be joining a growing Building Control team working across a varied local portfolio, giving you a good mix of site inspections, plan assessments, and stakeholder interaction without unnecessary complexity.

• Carrying out Building Control inspections across a range of projects
• Reviewing plans and site works to ensure compliance with Building Regulations
• Producing clear, accurate reports and maintaining well-organised case files
• Working with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep applications moving
• Managing your workload using internal systems, Word, and Excel

• At least 3 years’ experience within Building Control
• Current Registered Building Inspector status, Class 2A or above
• Strong understanding of Building Regulations and compliance processes
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
• Competency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• A structured, organised approach to managing your workload
