Service Advisor

Location: Maidstone Area

Salary: Basic £30,000, OTE of £38,000

Manufacturer Training and Accreditation!

• Acting as the main point of contact for service customers
• Booking vehicles in for servicing, maintenance, and repairs
• Preparing accurate job cards and repair orders
• Explaining recommended work and associated costs clearly
• Identifying and upselling additional repair and service opportunities
• Liaising with workshop and technical teams to manage workflow
• Providing regular updates on vehicle progress
• Ensuring a consistently high standard of customer care

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor or similar aftersales role
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Commercial awareness and confidence in upselling
• Well-organised with strong attention to detail
• Full manual driving licence
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented approach

• £30,000 basic salary
• On-target earnings of £38,000
• Paid Saturday rota (1 in
  3) in addition to basic salary
• Upsell bonus and departmental labour sales bonus
• Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 18:00 (1-hour lunch), Saturdays (1 in
  3): 08:00 - 13:00
