Our reception team plays a pivotal role in shaping every client’s experience — offering reassurance, clarity and kindness at moments that often matter deeply.

This is not a traditional reception role.
It is a client care role in the truest sense.

We are looking for passionate, service-driven individuals who want to help redefine expectations of what veterinary reception can be.

As a Client Care Advisor, you will be central to the Maidstone practice.

• Provide a warm, professional and confident first impression
• Communicate with empathy and emotional intelligence, both in person and by phone 📞
• Coordinate appointments and enquiries with precision and care
• Work seamlessly alongside our clinical team to ensure a smooth, supportive journey for every client and patient

This is a role for someone who understands that service is not transactional — it is relational.

Veterinary experience is not essential. What matters most is your approach.

You are someone who:

• Takes genuine pride in delivering exceptional customer service
• Brings calm confidence in busy or emotionally sensitive situations
• Notices the details that elevate an experience
• Is motivated to learn and develop within the veterinary profession 🐶🐱
