We are looking for passionate, service-driven individuals who want to help redefine expectations of what veterinary reception can be.
The Opportunity ✨As a Client Care Advisor, you will be central to the Maidstone practice.
- Provide a warm, professional and confident first impression
- Communicate with empathy and emotional intelligence, both in person and by phone 📞
- Coordinate appointments and enquiries with precision and care
- Work seamlessly alongside our clinical team to ensure a smooth, supportive journey for every client and patient
This is a role for someone who understands that service is not transactional — it is relational.

You are someone who:
- Takes genuine pride in delivering exceptional customer service
