* Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 8am - 5.30pm - No Weekends!

* Ideally looking for a candidate with at least five years’ experience in the role

About the Role:

As a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact for our customers throughout their service experience. You’ll ensure every customer receives professional, friendly, and efficient service while supporting the service department to achieve its performance targets.

Job Summary:

* Act as the first point of contact for customers requiring vehicle servicing or repairs

* Provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors and assist with their service-related inquiries

* Effectively schedule service appointments and manage the service team's workload

* Communicate service updates and recommendations clearly to customers

* Ensure accurate and timely completion of all service-related documentation and invoicing

* Assist in resolving customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism

* Collaborate with the service team to maintain a clean and organized service department

About You:

* Previous experience in a Service Advisor role within the automotive industry.

* Strong organisational and communication skills.

* Confident with IT systems and able to manage workloads effectively.

* A team player with a proactive and customer-first approach.
