Description

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
Handle customer enquiries and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Maintain and update customer records in the company database.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Resolve any customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Provide product information and support to clients as required.
Monitor stock levels and communicate with the supply chain team.
