An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and customer-focused Front of House Manager to join a prestige brand main dealer in the Maidstone area.

Working as a key part of the Aftersales team, you will take ownership of the customer service side of the department, ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience from arrival through to vehicle collection. Working closely alongside the Service Manager, who is responsible for workshop operations and technical performance, you will lead the front-of-house operation and act as the driving force behind customer satisfaction, retention and the premium standards expected of a prestige brand.

This role offers a basic salary of £34,000-£35,000 with a realistic OTE of £45,000 through performance-related bonus. The position operates Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:30pm, with the role contracted until 6:00pm, alongside a 1-in-3 Saturday rota of 8:00am to 1:00pm.

Responsibilities

* Lead, coach and develop the Service Advisors and customer-facing Aftersales team.

* Take ownership of the customer journey from arrival through to vehicle collection.

* Ensure the service reception operation runs efficiently and delivers an exceptional customer experience.

* Handle customer concerns and escalations professionally and effectively.

* Drive customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty through exceptional service delivery.

* Monitor and improve customer feedback and manufacturer customer satisfaction measures.

* Support the achievement of departmental KPIs and profitability targets.

* Work closely with the Service Manager to ensure seamless communication between the workshop and front-of-house teams.

* Maintain the highest standards of presentation, professionalism and brand representation.

Requirements

* Previous experience as a Senior Service Advisor, Service Supervisor, Assistant Service Manager, Customer Experience Manager or similar role within a main dealer environment.

* Experience leading or mentoring customer-facing teams within Aftersales.

* A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and achieving customer satisfaction targets.

* Strong communication, organisation and people management skills.

* The ability to remain calm and solutions-focused when dealing with customer concerns and escalations.

* Experience with in a prestige or premium automotive environment would be advantageous but is not essential.

* A full UK driving licence.

Salary and Benefits
