An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor to join a prestigious automotive main dealer.
You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, managing the journey from vehicle booking through to collection, and acting as the link between customers and the workshop.
This role offers a £30,000 basic salary plus bonus and overtime, with a realistic OTE of £42,000. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm (contracted until 6:00pm), with a 1-in-3 Saturday rota from 8:00am-1:00pm, which is paid as overtime.
Responsibilities
* Manage the customer journey from booking to vehicle handover.
* Provide a professional and premium level of customer service.
* Liaise between customers and the workshop team.
* Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
* Handle customer queries and concerns effectively.
* Upsell additional work where appropriate.
* Maintain strong customer relationships and support customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements
* Previous Service Advisor experience within a main dealer environment is essential.
* Strong knowledge of Aftersales processes.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work efficiently in a busy dealership environment.
* Professional, organised and customer-focused approach.
* Full UK driving license required.
Salary and Benefits
* £30,000 basic salary plus bonus and overtime.
