Head of Primary Healthcare and Audiology

The role will cover two primary care practices in the Maidstone area, with the main site being a fully modernised, state‑of‑the‑art practice building. The partnership has a forward‑thinking management team, a low number of consultations per session (11 in the morning and 9 in the afternoon) with 15‑minute consultation times, extensive admin support including one admin session per week, and a caféioned social environment.

GP doctors benefit from a supportive clerical and clinical team, very low home visits, and consistent workload management.

• Salaried GP role
• Seeking ideally 6 to 8 sessions a week
• Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays working days

• £11,000 to £13,500 per session per annum
• Indemnity fees covered
