Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Maidstone

TLTP Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a specialist school in Maidstone supporting students aged 4-16 with complex needs, including severe, moderate, and additional learning difficulties. This full-time role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced LSA or someone eager to develop their skills within a specialist SEND environment.

The successful Learning Support Assistant will become part of a highly supportive team in a well-resourced Maidstone school. About the Role

The school is searching for a compassionate, proactive, and driven Learning Support Assistant who can inspire pupils and help them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. As an LSA, you will work closely with the class teacher and wider multi-disciplinary team to deliver exceptional support and contribute to an outstanding learning experience.

Required

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience working with SEND pupils
A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
A commitment to personal and professional development
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff
A strong understanding of safeguarding and a dedication to pupil wellbeing
