Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Maidstone
TLTP Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a specialist school in Maidstone supporting students aged 4-16 with complex needs, including severe, moderate, and additional learning difficulties. This full-time role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced LSA or someone eager to develop their skills within a specialist SEND environment.
The successful Learning Support Assistant will become part of a highly supportive team in a well-resourced Maidstone school. About the Role
The school is searching for a compassionate, proactive, and driven Learning Support Assistant who can inspire pupils and help them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Required
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience working with SEND pupils
A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
A commitment to personal and professional development
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff
A strong understanding of safeguarding and a dedication to pupil wellbeing
