EDucation is seeking a dedicated and inspiring English Teacher for a supply role at a well regarded secondary school in Maidstone. You will be responsible for delivering high quality English lessons across KS3 and KS4, ensuring students are engaged, challenged, and supported in developing strong reading, writing, and analytical skills. You will follow the school s schemes of work while bringing your own creativity to the classroom to foster a love of literature and language.

We are looking for a passionate English specialist who has:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Experience teaching English in UK secondary schools
• Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in both Language and Literature
• Excellent behaviour management and classroom leadership skills
• A passion for inspiring students through high-quality teaching
• Flexibility, reliability, and confidence in adapting to a supply role
