A thriving and ambitious primary school in Chatham is seeking a passionate, driven and experienced Year 6 Teacher to join their team from January 2026. We are looking for someone who is deeply committed to giving pupils the education, guidance and inspiration they deserve during this crucial stage of their learning journey.

• Full-time teaching position starting January 2026
• Leading a hardworking and enthusiastic Year 6 class
• Planning and delivering high-quality lessons that challenge, motivate and support all learners
• Preparing pupils for SATs while maintaining a balanced, engaging and enriching curriculum
• Working collaboratively with colleagues, leadership and support staff
• Building positive relationships with pupils and families to support progress and wellbeing

• A qualified, experienced primary teacher (Year 6 or upper KS2 experience highly desirable)
• Passionate about raising standards and securing strong outcomes
• Skilled in planning purposeful and inclusive learning experiences
• Able to inspire confidence, independence and a love of learning
• Strong behaviour management and high expectations for all pupils
• Committed to teamwork, professional development and the wider school community
