Salary: Up to £130 per day

. We are actively recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to provide consistent support to our network of schools.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring learning continues smoothly in the absence of the class teacher. While planning and marking are not required, you will deliver pre-set work, maintain classroom expectations, and support students in staying engaged and on task.

• Supervising whole classes during short-term teacher absences
• Delivering pre-prepared lesson content and ensuring learning objectives are met
• Managing student behaviour in line with school policies
• Providing guidance and support to students during class tasks
• Ensuring a safe, calm and positive learning environment
• Recording and reporting any behavioural or progress concerns to teaching staff
• Adapting to different subjects, departments and year groups as required

• Hold CACHE Level 2/3 OR have at least 6 months classroom experience
• Be confident managing a classroom of students aged +
• Demonstrate strong communication and behaviour management skills
• Be flexible, proactive and comfortable working across various school settings
