As a Teacher Active Qualified Teacher, you’ll be:

• Delivering engaging and inspiring lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, following the school’s curriculum and schemes of work.
• Adapting lessons to suit different learning styles and abilities, ensuring all students can achieve their potential.
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively, promoting a positive and respectful learning environment.
• Assessing and tracking pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support achievement and development.
• Collaborating with colleagues, support staff, and parents to create a positive learning experience.
• Contributing to the wider life of the school — from extra-curricular activities to pastoral support.

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) – all subject specialisms welcome
• Experience teaching in a UK secondary school (KS3–KS4)
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• A proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic attitude towards teaching and learning
