Location: Sutton Valence

We are seeking an inspirational and dynamic Director of Music to lead our thriving Music Department from either April or September 2026. With the vision and expertise to develop and deliver an ambitious programme that nurtures musical talent, you will celebrate all genres of music while embedding Music Technology into the curriculum, up to A Level. We are very much centred on our pupils and their individual needs and talents, and we would look to you to be fully committed to this aim.

You will inspire and challenge students to achieve their full potential, lead and support a dedicated team of music staff, and contribute to a vibrant cultural life across the school, ensuring that music remains a source of enjoyment, creativity, and pride for all.
