Overview

At Leigh Academies Trust, we are seeking a dedicated Finance Officer to join our established and supportive finance team, based at Leigh Academy Snowfields (Bearsted College). In this role, youll play a key part in ensuring the smooth and effective financial operations across the academy. Working closely with Principal, Finance Managers, and colleagues across the Trust, youll help provide a high-quality financial support service that enables our schools to focus on what matters most - giving every young person the best possible education.

Please note that this is a busy position; our successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, the ability to prioritise, excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Experience working in the education sector is highly advantageous.

The basis of this role is permanent and offers an actual salary of £26,354 per annum (£29,146 full time equivalent) based on 37 hours per week, term time + 3 weeks inset.
