Location: Mid Kent

Start date: Flexible Full-time (Part-time considered)

Salary: £120 £ 250 per day (depending on experience)

We at GSL Education Kent are working on behalf of a well-regarded secondary school in Mid Kent to recruit a Maths Teacher to join a supportive and established department. This opportunity is suitable for both ECTs and experienced teachers, with flexibility around start dates for the right candidate.

• Teaching Maths at KS3 KS4 (KS5 opportunities may be available).
• Full-time position (part-time considered).
• Supportive department with shared resources and planning.
• Long-term or permanent opportunities available.

• Holds QTS (or is working towards it).
• Has experience teaching Maths at secondary level.
• Is enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to raising attainment.
• Is open to working via an education recruitment agency.

• Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to provide two professional references.
• Recent experience teaching Maths in a UK secondary school.

• MPS / UPS (dependent on experience).
• Weekly pay via PAYE or umbrella options available.

This Maths Teacher position requires a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection. Successful applicants must complete all necessary safer recruitment checks, including an enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service or a new application.
