The Role
The Lenham School is an OFSTED GOOD school. We are recruiting a Reading Intervention Mentor and Librarian to support reading engagement, fluency and comprehension across the secondary school. You would join a dynamic team to provide inclusive support and contribute to all students achieving their academic potential.
Drive and passion are essential prerequisites for a successful application. We welcome new ideas and fresh input and encourage collaboration across the Multi-Academy Trust (VIAT) for networking, support, quality assurance and friendship.
Responsibilities- Support reading engagement, fluency and comprehension across the secondary school.
- Work as part of a collaborative team to provide inclusive support for students.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the Multi-Academy Trust (VIAT) for networking, support and quality assurance.
- Contribute to activities that promote a positive reading culture and academic development.
