Position: Health and Social Care Apprenticeship Tutor. Job Education & Training Jobs

FIND are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well established and growing Training provider to hire a Health & Social Care Apprenticeship Tutor. Based from home with some travel across the Kent and South-East London area to visit apprentices in their workplace setting, the successful candidate will deliver Level 2, 3 & 5 Apprenticeships to learners in the Health & Social care sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with employers and learners to deliver high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Deliver qualifications across a range of programme levels where occupationally competent, in accordance with quality processes and in line with our continuous Improvement strategy.
  • Meeting KPIs set for starts, progression, timely achievement, leavers and customer satisfaction in line with quality, compliance and financial targets.
  • Be proficient in the use of electronic portfolio systems to record learner interventions, reviews, upload work, and all required off-the-job training, maintaining learner information, ensuring quality and integrity of data, which is accurately recorded and submitted efficiently, to regulatory requirements.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Core Competencies
  • Experience and knowledge of delivering Apprenticeship standards in particular level 5 Health & Social Care
  • Experience and knowledge of training and/or assessment delivery
  • Occupational experience within the industry of subject matter - up to and including managerial level
  • Experience of working/assessing within Health and Social Care environments such as Adult Care homes
