Teaching Personnel are looking for a reliable and organised Science Technician to support a secondary school in Maidstone. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure science lessons run smoothly and safely. Day-to-day and long-term placements are available.

• Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment and resources for practical lessons
• Ensure safety standards are met in all science areas
• Support teaching staff with experiments and demonstrations
• Manage stock, order supplies, and maintain laboratory records

• Has experience working in a school science lab or similar environment
• Demonstrates excellent organisational and communication skills
• Is proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
• Has a good understanding of health and safety procedures in a lab setting

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
