Physical Education Teacher - Maidstone - Permanent Teaching Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for a committed and enthusiastic Physical Education Teacher to join a successful secondary school in Maidstone from September 2026.

The school is seeking a teacher who can inspire students through engaging PE lessons while promoting participation, teamwork, and confidence both inside and outside the classroom.

• Teaching PE across KS3 and KS4
• Planning and delivering high-quality practical lessons
• Supporting students preparing for GCSE PE
• Leading or assisting with extracurricular sports clubs
• Monitoring student progress and achievement

• Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Have strong subject knowledge and a passion for sport
• Be organised, reliable, and enthusiastic
• Have excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Be committed to achieving positive outcomes for students
