Primary Teaching Assistants & Support Staff Required - Full-Time, Part-Time & Long-Term Opportunities

Teaching Personnel is working closely with a growing number of primary schools across Maidstone, Medway, Dartford, and surrounding areas and is currently recruiting Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants, SEN Support Staff, and Classroom Support Staff for roles available now and for September starts.

We are particularly seeking candidates interested in long-term placements, both full-time and part-time, with opportunities available across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. We also offer flexible day to day supply work for those looking to gain school-based experience or fit work around other commitments.

Opportunities Available

Full time and part-time long-term placements

SEN and classroom support roles

EYFS, KS1, and KS2 opportunities

Day to day supply work for flexibility and experience

Temporary-to-permanent opportunities

Roles available immediately and for September

Working Hours

Most primary school support roles follow standard school hours, typically between 8:30am and 3:30pm/4:00pm. Start and finish times are generally fixed to support pupils throughout the school day, although part-time opportunities are available across selected days of the week.

Can build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

Are adaptable and willing to support across different year groups and abilities

Have experience working with children through schools, childcare, coaching, youth work, care settings, or similar environments (desirable but not always essential)
