GSL Education is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join secondary SRP units in Maidstone. This full-time, long-term role supports pupils with SEN, ASD, SEMH, and speech-language needs in a nurturing setting.
You will work under teachers' direction, deliver small-group interventions and 1:1 support, manage behaviour, and contribute to safeguarding and inclusive education in line with school policies.
