South East/ temporary / £90 - 115 per day

Teacher Active is proud to be working with a specialist SEN provision in Maidstone to recruit an SEN LSA. The setting provides a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every child is encouraged to develop academically, socially and emotionally through personalised support.

The school is looking to appoint an SEN LSA on a long-term basis starting in September. The successful SEN LSA will support students with a range of disabilities and complex needs, providing personal care where required, supporting learning in the classroom and helping pupils complete tasks while promoting independence and engagement throughout the school day.

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEN and complex needs
• Confidence providing personal care where required
• A patient, caring and adaptable approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• The ability to support students in completing classroom activities and learning tasks
• A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential
