Outcomes First Group's Heath Farm College in Maidstone is seeking a Youth Coach to support pupils' behaviour, wellbeing and engagement. You will deliver targeted interventions that help students develop positive behaviours, regulate emotions and re-engage with learning, working with families and external professionals to create a safe, inclusive environment.
The role requires GCSE English and Maths, experience in youth work or education, strong communication and the ability to work independently
