OFG in Maidstone is seeking an Outdoor Education Instructor to deliver engaging outdoor learning experiences that inspire pupils to develop confidence, resilience and life skills. The role is 18 hours per week, Mondays and Fridays, permanent and term-time only, starting August 2026.
You will work with teachers to create cross-curricular outdoor activities, maintain equipment, conduct risk assessments, and build partnerships with external providers to broaden the outdoor education offer.
