New Line Learning Academy is a good school in the heart of Loose, Maidstone withover 900 pupils aged 11 to 16. Weare now looking to welcome a new and inspirational Student Support Manager to join our expanding team on a permanent basis. You willbe supporting staff and parents to ensure the highest standards of behaviour are met within the relevant section of the school. You will need to have successful recent experience of working with students at secondary schoolage. You will work as part of a strong team and are also able to establish a rapport with young people and foster positive relationships.

Working hours: 37 hours per week, term time plus INSET days only (38 weeks per year)

Working times:
Monday to Thursday 8:00am-4:00pmand Friday 8:00am-3:30pm

This will be a rewarding post within an extremely supportive working environment. Previous experience of working with children ina support learning environment would be an advantage and knowing how to support vulnerable students would be essential.
