Heath Farm College in Maidstone is seeking an Outdoor Education Instructor to deliver engaging outdoor learning experiences that help pupils build confidence, resilience and life skills.
This role involves delivering sessions, developing the outdoor education provision, and collaborating with teachers to create cross-curricular activities while maintaining equipment and safety standards. Start August 2026; 18 hours/week; permanent/term-time only; salary £11,200–£13,500 per annum.
