Tiger Cubs Day Nursery are looking for Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioners tojoin our team; the successful applicants will be motivated and enthusiastic individuals with the ability to use their own initiative. We have 2 roles available:
27.5 hours per week and 26 hours per week. The working hours would be aroundthe nursery opening times of Monday-Friday 7:30pm-6:00pm. shift patterns willbe discussed at interview.
Themain duties of the role include:
- Ensuring the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment.
- Workingin partnership with parents and also fellow colleagues.
- Maintaining child development and observat
17ion records. - Following and implementing all policies and procedures set out by the nursery.
- Ensuring the key person approach is fully instilled in everyday practice.
Applicant swill need to demonstrate some recent experience in a childcare setting whichcan be referenced and able to demonstrate their knowledge of the developmental and learning needs of young children. You will also need to be a positive role-model to colleagues, students and visitors to the nursery.
