My client based in Maidstone Is looking to recruit a Drainage Scheduler to join their team on a full time basis. You will be someone who has experience within the drainage industry and scheduling works on a reactive and planned basis. You will be joining a well developed team who has a fun and enthusiastic culture.
Day to day of the Drainage Scheduler:

• Scheduling drainage works for clients on a reactive and planned basis.
• Optimising time for engineers, driver and subcontractors ensuring you are maximising opportunity.
• Scheduling correct HGV's to the right jobs ensuring they are capable of doing the job.
• Monitor workload and adapt quickly upon emergency call outs.
• Working with internal teams to create a seamless approach for clients and field staff.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for clients, internal systems and audit compliance.
• Manage budgets and financial reports under your remit.

Requirements of the Drainage Scheduler:

• Proven experience in scheduling drainage and HGV works.
• Knowledge of HGV drainage vehicles and their usage.
• Can manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
