Duties & Responsibilities Supporting the investigation and resolution of network faults across hardware, software, and connectivity. Assisting with the setup, configuration, and testing of networking equipment including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless devices. Monitoring network performance and contributing to improvement initiatives.
