This is a predominantly office-based position, providing excellent hands-on exposure to a wide range of networking environments.

• Supporting the investigation and resolution of network faults across hardware, software, and connectivity.
• Assisting with the setup, configuration, and testing of networking equipment including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless devices.
• Monitoring network performance and contributing to improvement initiatives.
